RoofHeadsUp collects the information needed to create and secure your account, provide hail alerts and reports, process subscriptions, and improve the service. This may include your name, email address, company, selected service areas, hail thresholds, account activity, and billing status. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by RoofHeadsUp.
If you choose Google or Facebook sign-in, we receive only the basic account details you approve, such as your name, email address, profile image, and provider account identifier. RoofHeadsUp does not request your age, friends, posts, precise location, or social-media password.
We use this information to authenticate you, operate and protect the service, deliver requested communications, support your account, and understand product performance. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate RoofHeadsUp, when required by law, or with your direction.
We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, billing, and operational purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@roofheadsup.com.
Social sign-in data deletion
To delete information associated with Google or Facebook sign-in, email info@roofheadsup.com from the address on your RoofHeadsUp account with the subject “Social sign-in data deletion.” We will verify the request, remove the linked identity and account data that we are not legally required to retain, and confirm completion by email.
